🏆 I am honored to share that my trophy has just arrived safely from New York to my home in Germany. It comes from IAOTP – the International Association of Top Professionals – and recognizes me as “Top Strategic Innovator of the Year in Inclusive Technologies 2026.” ✨

This is more than an award to me. It is a visible symbol of years spent building bridges between technology and inclusion – from my early work in rehabilitation robotics to my long-standing focus on immersive technologies such as VR/AR/XR and AI, always with the goal of creating equitable access to future skills and meaningful employment for autistic and neurodivergent people, learners, and teams. It also reminds me that innovation only truly matters when it is human-centered, accessible, and leaves no one behind. 💙

My heartfelt thanks to Stephanie Cirami and the whole IAOTP team for this recognition and for amplifying the work we do with Innoversa Factory GmbH and Innoversa gUG.

I receive this trophy as an invitation:

This certification deepens my expertise in working with autistic individuals – professionally, practically, and with a strong focus on inclusion, communication, and individual strengths.
